In his new role, LaBreche will oversee sales, revenue management and marketing personnel and initiatives on behalf of the two luxury Hawaii resorts – Manele Bay and The Lodge at Koele – while Holland will head up communications, media relations and social media efforts.
“These two new sales and marketing professionals bring close to 40 years of industry experience to our Lanai ohana,” says Tom Roelens, general manager of Four Seasons Resorts Lanai. “With extensive experience promoting island destinations and luxury resorts, great creativity and results-driven strategic sales, we are looking forward to showcasing Lanai’s new look and experiences and embarking upon the next chapter in this island’s history.”
LaBreche joins the Lanai team from within the family of Four Seasons. Most recently, he served as Director of Marketing of Four Seasons Resort Nevis, West Indies, overseeing efforts for the 196-room luxury resort and 40 private residential properties. He has also held senior marketing, sales and operations positions with Hard Rock Hotels, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Stouffer Hotels and Resorts.
A graduate of the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, LaBreche earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the William F. Harrah College of Hotel Administration. His education also includes a semester at the renowned Ecole Hoteliere de Lausanne School in Switzerland where he participated in the European Hospitality Program.
Holland most recently served as executive director, public relations, Fairmont Hotels & Resorts and had responsibility for the luxury hotel group’s communications strategies and media relations efforts. Prior to Fairmont, Holland spent a number of years with communications firms representing hospitality and tourism clients including Intercontinental Hotels & Resorts, Atlantis Resort, the Bermuda Department of Tourism and the Interoceanic Regional Authority, which guided the development of US former military installations in Panama.
Holland holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Hamilton College and a Masters Degree in Urban Affairs from Hunter College, both in New York.
