Four Seasons Hotel Seattle joins Four Seasons properties around the world in celebrating Global Wellness Day on Saturday, June 11, 2016 with a variety of healthy dining and fitness options to guests and the public.

Seattle Waterfront Run with Four Seasons Team, 8:00 am: Meet in the lobby for a refreshing run along the waterfront, up to the Olympic Sculpture Park and back.Morning Yoga with Michelle Chambers, 10:00 am: Held at the outdoor pool terrace on the 4th floor, join Four Seasons for an energising, 60-minute morning yoga practice to begin the day. The class is for all levels with yoga instructor Michelle Chambers from Graceful Yogi. Space is limited to 50 participants. Reserve a spot here.
