In an effort and a manifestation of the commitment between PT Angkasa Pura Properti and PT Wika Realty to build Tamansari Jineng Condotel at Sunset Road Kuta Bali, a signing ceremony of Hotel Management Agreement was held today with part of Louvre Hotels Group, Golden Tulip Indonesia, The agreement was signed by Mr. Miduk Sitomorang, President Director of PT. Angkasa Pura Properti and Mr. Mark Van Ogtrop, Managing Director South East Asia for Louvre Hotels Group in a series of “Investor Gathering and Signing Ceremony” event.
his Hotel Management Agreement is the first step of Tamansari Jineng Condotel to be operated by Golden Tulip as a 4-star Golden Tulip Jineng Resort Bali. Ideally situated at the southern terminus of the famous Sunset Road in Kuta, and a mere 10-minute drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport, the resort offers convenient access to all of South Bali’s attractions and within close distance to some of Bali’s most popular shopping centers – Bali Galeria Mall, Duty Free Shop and Lippo Plaza Sunset. The hotel is scheduled to open Q1 of 2016.

Also, in our daily operations, Tamansari Jineng will be overseen by an independent asset manager, this is a big commitment from us to ensure that we give the best return to our investors,” said Miduk Situmorang, Managing Director of PT. Angkasa Pura Properti.
