Griffiths holds multiple degrees and designations from the Warsash Maritime Academy in Southampton, Middlesex University and the Nautical Institute in London, and Lloyds Maritime Academy in Kent and was educated in the UK.

Pointing  out the array of possibilities, Griffiths said that he was genuinely excited to see how guests will react to Scenic Eclipse. She was designed to exceed expectations.

He was delighted to work with the best people in the industry. Scenic is not like an average multi-national faceless company.

It feels like a family, so serving their guests on board a ship like Scenic Eclipse will be a career highlight for many.
