Caesars Entertainment Corporation announced their plan to build a non-gaming hotel in Scottsdale back in January this year. The Caesars Republic hotel recently organized the groundbreaking ceremony to begin the construction in the City of Scottsdale. The broken ground stands at the corner of Highland Avenue and Goldwater outside the Fashion Square Mall. This is the first-ever non-gambling property of the Caesars brand in the United States.

The Caesars Republic hotel will be 11 stories tall with a height of 150 feet. The hotel will feature an accommodation of nearly 265 living rooms, a 7000 square feet ballroom and a large conference venue or meeting space.  A rooftop pool deck will be constructed on the 7th floor of the building. This will allow guests to relish a spectacular view of the sunset over Camelback Mountain.

The Caesars Republic Scottsdale will be a glass structure. It will be built with thoughtful materials and modern elements like stone and faux wood.  The building will pay tribute to Las Vegas and complement the adjacent luxury residential developments and the newly made luxury entrance to Fashion Square.

The hotel will also come with the Seven restaurant, which will be a unique dining experience and combine culinary elements from Mexico, Arizona and Yucatan peninsula. The restaurant will offer specialized poolside menu and a variety of cocktail options coupled with a nightlife experience for the visitors. The Seven will be accompanied with two other separate restaurants Luna and Giada by celebrity chef and author Giada De Laurentiis.

The 7000 square feet ballroom will feature 34 foot sliding glass doors that open into a lawn for outdoor events and can accommodate up to 600 people. The ballroom can be further divided into four sections that can host approximately 500 people.

Chris Holdren, Chief Marketing Officer and Executive Vice President, Caesars Entertainment Corporation said in a press brief that the hotel will be world-class experience and one of the most desirable communities of the nation.

The Caesars Republic hotel is slated to open its door on fall 2021.
