Marina MandarinAquaMarine celebrates a holistic approach to wholesome eating this April, with fresh organic ingredients integrated into our delicious buffet spread.


At AquaMarine, patrons get to enjoy Halal-certified live food stations plus endless choices of fresh seafood, perennial Singapore classics as well as international fare with a healthy twist. At our Chinese live station, the ever popular Chicken Rice will now be served with Brown Rice and at our buffet line, wholewheat flour will be used for pastas and tortillas, organic vegetables will be served and yogurt will be used for marinating our meats.


Featuring flavourful Salmon En Papillote with Lemongrass and Fresh Coriander where all fresh ingredients are encased and slow baked to perfection in parchment paper. Succulent Chicken Shawarma with Yoghurt Pineapple in Whole Wheat Tortilla using skinless chicken thigh meat marinated with organic herbs and yogurt instead of oil. The delectable 45˚C Sous Vide Barramundi with Fennel Fronds and Caramelized Onion is vacuum packed and cooked at a low and precised temperature so that the natural taste of the ingredients and nutrients can be retained.
