Gulf Air, the national carrier of Bahrain, hosted a networking event with key members of the Kingdom’s travel trade industry targeted at notifying guests about the latest developments of airline industry and customer-centric initiatives while showing gratitude to them for their longstanding support and cooperation.
Dammam Hamed Khamdan, Gulf Air’s Country Manager hosted the event with the support of the Airline’s Saudi Arabia General Sales Agent, Al Tayyar Travel and Tourism Group.
Gulf Air newly launched some excellent passenger facilities like prepaid seat selection, excess baggage and lounge access – all aimed at making travel even more relaxed for passengers while ushering them greater control to administer various add-ons pre-travel. Moreover, the airline of late started online flight status along with group bookings facilities focused at giving passengers better access to appropriate and time-critical information. Also, facilitating travel across the Gulf Air network for group travelers remains another capacity.
Of all its highly expected future initiatives, Gulf Air will soon be starting its dedicated holidays’ unit “Gulf Air Holidays” providing travelers an array of holiday packages and custom-made travel solutions for places across the globe. Side by side, the airline is all geared up to introduce an online visa facility this summer which will aid its longstanding initiatives to endorse the Kingdom of Bahrain as an exotic destination to a wide range of travelers while making the process of obtaining a short-term visit visa to Bahrain easier and more convenient.
