Yauatcha Waikiki will be one of the key restaurants in the recently redeveloped International Market Place located on the Grand Lanai level.
The indoor-outdoor restaurant will feature dim sum, a patisserie, an extensive tea menu and eclectic mixology program in a contemporary setting with 276 seats.
Launched in London in 2004, Yauatcha Soho earned a Michelin star within its first year, which it has since retained.
The innovative dim sum dining experience, a modern interpretation of the traditional Hong Kong teahouse, is ideal for a light lunch of steamed, baked, grilled or fried dim sum or larger feasts of duck, fish and noodle dishes.
