Haneda Airport in Tokyo bags 5-Star Airport from Skytrax

Tokyo International Airport, Haneda, JapanTokyo International Airport, Haneda, Japan has been awarded the global 5-Star Airport quality ranking for the fourth consecutive year by Skytrax, which a renowned air transport rating organization providing the honour to the global airports for the transportation, passengers service, staff management and the flight management .

 

 

 

The 5-Star Airport rating is the highest mark of quality distinction that recognises top standards of product and staff service across the different assessment categories in the airport environment.

 

 

This 5-Star rating shows that Tokyo Haneda International Airport is at the front position in terms of both service quality and consistency with the product and service innovation in the airport.

 

 

 

Haneda Airport continues to rank very highly for its passenger friendly terminal facilities, and was particularly highly praised for the hygiene and ambience of all passenger terminal areas, the airport. This airport is frequently named as the world’s cleanest airport.

 

 

 

Haneda Airport achieved the 5-Star Airport rating also for the prompt looking after and satisfying customers. Haneda was praised for the very reliable principles of service competence and consistency.
