Hawaiian companies willing to create new business leads by networking with tour operators distributed worldwide will be achieved with the help of B2B Networking Sessions and Japan Summit offered at the 2017 Global Tourism Summit that would start from September 19th and continue till 21st.
Hosted by the Hawaii Tourism Authority or the HTA, the Global Tourism Summit is organized at the Hawaii Convention Center.
However, the summit is anticipated to welcome 2,500 tourism decision-makers, stakeholders and pacesetters collectively from Hawaii, the mainland U.S., and from other overseas destinations to speak about the prospects of tourism in the coming days. Sustainable tourism has been finalized as the main theme of the summit.
Till date, approximately 100 domestic and international tour operators and wholesalers from the mainland U.S., Canada, Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, China, Taiwan, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and Europe will be taking part in the B2B Networking Sessions and Japan Summit. More companies are likely to sign up in the coming weeks.
To quote George D. Szigeti, HTA president and CEO, in a written release, “Helping travel industry partners develop new business is a key focus of HTA and the Global Tourism Summit. The B2B Networking Sessions and Japan Summit are excellent opportunities to connect local suppliers with tour operators. The registration deadline is July 31, so I encourage all interested attendees to sign up before then and secure a reservation to help grow their business.”
