Chicago has a lot to offer visitors: sports, art, music, and good food, not to mention some interesting architectural marvels.

You can enjoy incredible views across Lake Michigan from the observation deck on the 103rd floor. The most daring visitors can admire the panorama from all-glass boxes called ledges, which are made of clear reinforced glass.
In the summertime it seems as though everything is happening in Millennium Park, including free concerts, exhibitions, and family events, all surrounded by environmental art projects. You can also create your own photographic art by immortalising the famous Chicago skyline.
Chicago is known as a jazz mainstay, and its numerous music festivals draw large crowds from all over the world.
Some of the highlights of the coming summer are Chicago Blues Festival, from 13 to 15 June, and Chicago Jazz Festival at the beginning of September.
Chicago Art Institute is one of the country’s most valued art museums, also nominated the museum of 2014 by the TripAdvisor travel site. The museum’s permanent collections include many European impressionists, and all of nine exhibitions are scheduled for the summer.
Not many know that Chicago is also a great destination for foodies. There are many top-class restaurants, including two with three Michelin stars. On top of all that, Chicago is, of course, the hometown of deep-dish pizza.
Finnair offers direct flights from Helsinki Airport to Chicago three times a week from 13 June to 17 October 2015. Chicago is also an excellent place for connections to everywhere else in the U.S.
