Chef Balvinder Pal Singh Lubana is the Executive Sous Chef at Renaissance Lucknow Hotel.With nearly 8 years of rich experience in managing kitchen and food operations, Chef Balvinder brings a fresh perspective to the Renaissance kitchen. In his current role he is responsible for developing new menus, creating recipes and constantly reinventing the kitchen while inspiring his colleagues to provide superior food and efficient service to the guests.
As a chef, he has excelled as an expert in North Indian cuisines and has developed creative menus/recipes at par with global standards.Prior to Renaissance Lucknow, Chef Balvinder has worked across multiple dimensions of hospitality such as Kitchen Operations, Food & Beverages Operations, Menu Planning and Outdoor Catering with different high profile properties across the country.
He has been associated with Four Points by Sheraton, Ahmedabad as Executive Sous Chef; Courtyard by Marriott, Agra as Senior Sous Chef; Park Hyatt, Goa as Sous Chef; Taj Exotica, Goa as Chef de Partie and The Oberoi, New Delhi as a Kitchen Assistant. Having worked with globally renowned hotel chains, Chef Balvinder has meticulously grasped the fine nuances of the hospitality sector ans has excelled as a chef.
