In order to maintain this momentum, MEHK (Meetings and Exhibitions Hong Kong) that represents a division of the Hong Kong Tourism Board is collaborating closely with the industry partners and this is adding a boost to the experiential pffers for MICE traveller groups of all sizes.
MEHK has declared that under its 2017/2018 MICE hospitality program ‘Hong Kong Rewards’, Hong Kong would aim to offer a enriching experience to global MICE tourists so that would be able to enjoy a beautiful in-town experience just like a local in 2017.
This special program is scheduled to take effect for group arrivals from 1st April 2017 to 31st March, 2018.
The MICE delegates would be offered a complimentary treat comprising wine, party and dining at different world-class city attractions that would enable the travellers to be pampered with a taste of Hong Kong. Even groups as small as 20 members would be able to enjoy the complimentary treats.
If the MICE groups of 50 or more members purchase the Disney Corporate Rewards Package, they would be treated to complimentary dinner along with shopping discounts that would encourage them to make the most of their memorable moments at Hong Kong Disneyland.
And, MICE groups with 20 or more members would be offered absolutely free access to the Hong Kong Jockey Club’s Happy Wednesday themed carnivals where they would be treated to free food and beer.
The best part about it is that it would be all set up against the mesmerizing backdrop of horse racing and live music performances.
Groups of 50 or more would be treated to complimentary cocktail receptions at nearly 50 participating hotels where the MICE delegates can network over wine and lovely refreshments.
