In this newly created role, Mark will be responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and management of the Group’s travel insurance business. This will include managing the overall execution of vision and distribution strategy to achieve growth and revenue targets, working closely with Brand and Insurer partners, senior stakeholders and across the business functions for all areas of delivery of the Group’s travel insurance proposition.
Mark joins the Group from AIG where he spent the past five years as UK Travel Manager. His insurance career spans more than 20 years and includes underwriting, marketing, product and programme management roles at AIG and previously, Aviva.
