Hoppen partners with British Airways to revamp spas

A stylish new look has been unveiled by the British Airwyas travel spa offering elevated treatment menu. British Airways has partnered with Kelly Hoppen and Elemis to transform the travel sanctuary in the trademark style.

Hoppen had handpicked all new soft furnishings like the curtains, rugs, cushions for customers so that they can relax throughout their journey.

A new treatment menu with complimentary 15-minute treatments was launched by he Elemis spas, it included  a muscle ease back massage and deep scalp massage. The Elemis Biotec add-ons promise greater benefits to skin, body and wellness.

There will be personalized treatments for sleep, relaxation and mindfulness as the new treatment menu is focused on luxury skin and body care. The state-of-the-art equipment was installed in the spas to enhance the treatment menu for the customers.

Hoppen said that as someone who has worked in hospitality design for many years now, it  wanted travel to be an experience from start to finish.

Hoppen was thrilled to have worked with British Airways and Elemis to redesign their travel spa at Heathrow airport.

Hopen went on saying that spa should be like a sanctuary that is more than a calming space where one can break away from the rush of the airport activity and unwind before boarding a flight.

The Elemis British Airways spa partnership continues for the 12^th year and will offer British Airways customers the very best in innovative, personalised skin therapies.

Carolina Martinoli, British Airways director of customer experience felt thrilled to be able to offer their customers an exclusive new treatment menu in new sophisticated surroundings to ensure they feel relaxed and refreshed when they fly.

Passengers flying in the First and Club World, Executive Club Gold Members on long-haul routes can avail the new-look spa and treatment menu at the the British Airways spas in Heathrow terminals five and three.
