Hotel du Vin Exeter appoints Fiona Dardé as general manager

Fiona Dardé has been appointed by hotel brand Hotel du Vin today as general manager.

She will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the hotel and oversee the development of the team to deliver  great food  and drive sales forward within the local market.

The Hotel du Vin Exeter is set within a historic walled garden, a relaxing oasis for guests looking to escape the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Dardé  was pleased to be joining the Hotel du Vin team with its wonderful charm.

She can’t wait to welcome the guests and was looking forward to many exciting opportunities in 2018.

Dardé  holds over 15 years’ experience as a general manager, three of which were as an area general manager.

Nick Halliday, chief operating officer at Hotel du Vin said that Fiona brings a wealth of experience with her to Hotel du Vin Exeter, one of our newest hotels. He  was delighted to welcome her and wanted the hotel to flourish under her leadership.
