The 85 bedrooms hotel with a bar & restaurant has been signed under a management agreement with P I Hospitality Management.
The refurbishment programme will be managed by AccorHotels. The restaurant, bar and welcome areas be refurbished to bring an ibis Styles design-led identity also retaining the individuality the hotel.
The hotel reception will implement the ibis guest welcome programme, so the traditional check-in desk could be removed.
The hotel will be run by the employee via an app on their mobile device.
This will help them manage their schedules and access information providing more personalised services.
With the ibis Styles London Gloucester Road , the ibis brand portfolio will reach 106 hotels in the UK.
The AccorHotels’ total UK & Ireland portfolio will come to 235 properties.
Thomas Dubaere, chief operating officer of AccorHotels UK & Ireland said working with a UK partner is great after serving the Asia-Pacific region.
Taking into consideration their position as the biggest hotel management company in UK, the new ibis Styles will complement to the existing portfolio.
