The App will give a high level of information from diary appointments to lead capture, a full view of a 3D floor plan with routing, the exhibitor directory, all of the Knowledge sessions and networking events.
A key business benefit of the App is the complimentary lead-capture system that allows exhibitors to use their smart phones to scan attendee badges, the information can then be downloaded into a report free of charge via Goomeo’s system. If attendees wish to have separate hand-held lead capture devices, they can purchase these through the Exhibitor Hub pre or during the show.
New this year is the Selfie function, built within the app for ready made pictures to upload instantly onto social media. Another benefit is the appointment rating system allowing both buyers and suppliers to rate appointments in real time and also report no-shows in real time which can then be followed up on by the team.
