Supervised by Executive Chef Savaş Aydemir, Turkish chefs at Aqua kitchen prepare an extravagant buffet-style Iftar with a vast range of delightful local delicacies every day during Ramadan. Having a spacious terrace, the restaurant is ideal for guests looking for an open air setting with spectacular views of the Bosphorus. The décor reflects the true essence of Ramadan accompanied with a quartet band. The group will perform Turkish classic music.
The buffet-style Iftar offers a satisfactory amount of local items, barbecue, salad and carving stations as well as varieties of kebab prepared with chicken and meat. One of the must-eats is the Hotel’s renowned doner. In addition to a savoury selection of main courses, there are hot and cold mezze, traditional homemade pickles and local cheese from different regions of Turkey.
