The contest, conceptualized & executed by International Institute of Hotel Management, will be held in India across 4 Indian cities, supported by Ministry of Tourism, Government of India and the Department of Tourism, Government of Karnataka.
Young Chef Olympiad was created as a platform for chefs-in-training from around the world to interact and showcase their talent. The previous three editions got tremendous positive response from the international hospitality community, making the event the most-anticipated contest across the world.
YCO 2018 will play host to over 50 countries, including England, France, Malaysia, Mexico, Scotland, Australia, USA, Spain, Sweden, Honk Kong, Iceland and more, between 28th January 2018 and 2nd February 2018. The event opens in New Delhi, followed by cook-off in Pune, Bangalore and Kolkata with the Grand Finale which will happen in Kolkata on the 2nd of February, 2018.
