Tanzania is famous among the visitors for its natural attractions. These include the famous Serengeti National Park and immaculate coastlines. Philip Chitaunga the Tourism Services Manager of the Tanzanian Tourism Board confirmed that the country attracts more than a million overseas visitors every year since it has huge backwoods along with dense wildlife. At the same time, he also says the country is a place of tremendous historical significance for humanity.
To quote Philip Chitaunga, ‘One more thing which is very good is when you talk about the evolution of human beings – we have evidence which shows the world that the first human being to walk on two feet walked in Tanzania at a place called Laetoli in the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.’
