Starting April 24, 2016 for seven days, Indian celebrity Chef Vikram Udaygiri joins forces with the expertFour Seasons culinary team at the famed Pool Grill restaurant to bring to Cairo the most authentic Indian flavours with a special buffet and fabulously diverse range of dishes and desserts. India by the Nile Festival will delight palates and tastes of all culinary adventurists with daily live Indian dance that will transport guests all the way to the heart of India.
Born in Bangalore, celebrity Chef Udaygiri grew up having a remarkable taste and appreciation for food and drinks. His passion for cooking and creating sensations led him to run an ethnic Indian restaurant business across Bangalore. With more than nine years of culinary experience, Chef Udaygiri represents the Government of India in promoting Indian cuisine across the world.
India by the Nile Festival blends the most authentic Indian senses with Indian cuisine in a true gastronomic journey and cultural experience, from the one of the richest and most famous food regions in India.
