During the Indian Food Festival, Elements Restaurant is “the” place in town to discover authentic Indian cuisine, and to ensure the intricacies of the country’s cuisine are presented to perfection, Indian Chef Mohammed Bashir has brought his repertoire of experience and skills to Elements kitchen. Along with the culinary team at Elements, he is preparing a one-of-a-kind daily buffet of different Indian dishes and desserts.
Members from Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh management team including Naif Al Tamimi, Tony Coveney, Tarek Bekhiet and Andrea Colla were honoured to welcome the Indian Ambassador Ahmad Javed during the opening event of the promotion, which was also attended by distinguished media representatives. Attendees expressed their admiration of unique ambiance and the exquisite Indian dishes prepared, including Indian chicken tandoori, biryani rice, butter chicken and many other Indian main dishes and appetisers, in addition to various dessert selections.
Similarly, guests of the Indian promotion at Elements are assured of a special welcome and cultural atmosphere presented through the restaurant’s themed decoration and staff’s cultural dress plus the traditional harmonious Indian music that will take them on a unforgettable cultural journey.
