Terry Dale, president and CEO of The United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA), announced today that Intrepid Travel, specializing in adventure travel, joined the association as its newest Active Member, bringing its current total to 53 Active Members representing nearly 160 brands.
“Intrepid Travel has a rich knowledge and expertise in the adventure travel segment and we’re delighted to have the team back in USTOA’s portfolio,” added Dale.
“We are thrilled to rejoin the USTOA community. Intrepid Travel shares in the USTOA’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, integrity and service in travel,” said Leigh Barnes, Regional Director of Intrepid Group. “We are excited to continue to grow the adventure space in North America along with the USTOA and our industry partners.”
Intrepid Travel was previously a member of USTOA, and now, following the reorganization of TUI in July 2015, Intrepid Travel has rejoined USTOA as its own entity.
