Meeting and Incentive Forums has announced that it will hold its spring event for 2014 in Istanbul. The Forums’ proven format of one-to-one meetings and networking activities is the leading way for event planners and MICE suppliers to connect, allowing attendees to experience a destination through a full networking programme. The market leading event will include exciting team building activities and fun socialising in some of Istanbul’s top venues, and will be attended by some of the industry’s highest fliers.
The event, which will take place from 1st to 5th July 2014, will be held at the newly built Hilton Bomonti, Istanbul’s biggest five-star hotel and conference centre, which is set to open at the end of January 2014. The property, which comprises 829 rooms spread over 34 floors, will showcase over 12,000m2 of meeting space to top industry peers.
The event will host 400 high calibre buyers and 300 suppliers. Buyer registrants so far include delegates from Cartier, IQPC, Medtronic, BSI Capita, Grassroots and more. Representatives from hotel groups including Ritz Carlton, Kempinski, InterContinental, Moevenpick and Marriott around the World will be attending, as well as some of the finest independent hotels in Europe.
M&I Forums chose Istanbul for its flagship event because it is consistently rated high in top 10 lists of congress destinations.
