The festive season is here, and Executive Chef Aaron Brooks and the team at EDGE, Steak & Bar are ensuring a seamless and stress-free holiday period for all. The festive schedule includes special dining events for Christmas and New Year’s, and the launch of EDGE Pantry.
“The holidays are meant to be spent enjoying your family and friends, but it can easily turn into one of the most stressful times of the year. This season, we’ve put together a list of events to prepare even the most novice at-home-chef for the culinary demands of the season,” explains Chef Aaron.
Just in time for the gift-giving season, EDGE Pantry opens its doors. Offering a selection of Chef Aaron’s favourite kitchen accessories, cookbooks, house-made products and produce from partnering local farms, it’s the perfect edition to the Brickell restaurant.
“The idea behind EDGE Pantry was to share some of ‘my favourite things’ in the kitchen and at the same time make available a few of our house-made products that we’re known for. We also wanted to showcase the local farms we work with on a daily basis,” explains Chef Aaron.
The crowd pleasing EDGE Rub, which adds the special flavouring to each cut of steak served in the modern steakhouse, will now be available for purchase, in addition to a well-blended fish spice, house-made granola, turkey brine and seasonal products from Swank Specialty Produce, Teena’s Pride and Paradise Farms.
“Cooking can be intimidating for some, so we wanted to provide inspiration. During their next visit to EDGE, they can stop by the Pantry, peruse our recipe cards, purchase the fresh, locally sourced produce and house-made spice blends needed, and be well on their way to feeling more confident in the kitchen. In addition, for the holiday season, it’s an ideal spot to find something for the foodie in your life,” says Chef Aaron.

For those wanting to spend the holidays out of the kitchen, EDGE Steak & Bar offers a complete schedule of dining events for the festive season.
Christmas Eve Dinner
A special four-course prix fixe menu featuring holiday favourites will be served.
Christmas Day Brunch
Wake up Christmas morning to an extravagant culinary presentation that winds its way through EDGE featuring holiday favourites, unlimited á la carte menu offerings and complementing chef-attended action stations. A selection of holiday specials will also be available, enhancing the weekly EDGE Brunch offerings. Unlimited mimosas and sparkling wine included.
Christmas Day Dinner
Celebrate Christmas in Miami with an intimate dinner at EDGE Steak & Bar. The talented culinary team has prepared a special four-course menu of seasonal and holiday favourites.
New Year’s Eve Dinner
Ring in the New Year at EDGE Steak & Bar with a lavish four or five course dinner in one of the “Best Steakhouses in Brickell,” as rated by Miami New Times. Champagne Toast is included and a party on EDGE terrace follows at 10:00 pm.

New Year’s Day Brunch
Begin a New Year in Miami with a culinary feast of traditional brunch favourites, fresh á la carte offerings, create-your-own tacos, chef-attended BBQ grilling and oyster shucking stations, a special caviar presentation by Caviar Russe and an elaborate dessert presentation for a sweet start to 2016. Unlimited mimosas and sparkling wine included.
EDGE Steak & Bar offers two private dining rooms accommodating up to 30, and an outdoor terrace for up to 40, available for private parties and events.
