Executive director Dax Eddy mentioned that several people were flocking to the gigantic water based theme park as visitors and tourists to the region leverage the warm summer swimming weather.
Mr. Eddy said that they had been choosing the Illawarra-based attraction because of the world-class rides and attractions it had offered after a major investment in the park over the last decade.
The Perfect Storm that is Jamberoo’s $5 million signature high-thrilling water ride continues to be the main attraction with more than 65,000 guests experiencing it in the month of December alone.
Warm weather conditions have been forecast for the next few weeks.
The tourist arrival figures have been increasing to the Kiama region owing to the continuing efforts of Destination Kiama.
The Dive In Movie season had commenced on Saturday.
During this time around 500 people sat on inflatable tubes in the wave pool for Finding Dory.
Mr. Eddy said that the activity was observed by many as a great way to complete a day of adventure, thrills and excitement. The Dive-In Movies had been initiated to offer fun for all the family as the kids floated around in tubes on the bay and their parents relaxed on sun lounges on the beach.
