James joins as spa director at the Langley

Alex James will lead the Langley, a Luxury Collection Hotel, as spa director and will be responsible will be responsible for its launch which is set to happen in late 2018.

The Langley is a 41-room boutique hotel and spa which is owned by City& Country Hotels nestled within 500 acres of Buckinghamshire countryside.

The former hunting lodge of the third Duke of Marlborough after undergoing restoration of more than five years will create an outstanding retreat for the guests which is located 40-minute drive from central London.

James holds more than 14 years’ experience with in the spa industry and has built her career at some of the high-profile institution like The Spa at Mandarin Oriental, London and The Spa at The Landmark London.

She had earlier led a team with complete refurbishment along with redeveloping its treatment menu and bringing new spa brand partners that will create an entirely new offering.

James mentioned that he was thrilled to join the pre-opening team at The Langley as they were building momentum for their anticipated launch.

She said that her ultimate aim was to guide a team and deliver an unparalleled spa experience along with a highly-personalised service that will be tailored to the guests’ needs.

Private membership progamme will be available with a  range of membership will be available for individuals, couples and families by The Langley Spa.

Members can avail facilities and services on offer that will deliver a complete lifestyle and wellness experience.
