Todd Felsen, senior vice president of operations in Benchmark, a global hospitality company announced the Jason W.Jonilonis as the director of food and beverage for Stonewall Resort.
Stonewall Resort is a part of Benchmark Resorts and Hotels property located in Roanoke in West Virginia.
Jason Jonilonis earlier owned and operated successful food and beverage consulting business with a specilisation in enhancing culinary quality.
Felsen was pleased to welcome Jason on board mentioning that with his expertise in areas of food and beverage he will lead the hotel’s culinary program to greater heights.
Jonilonis was also a part of the force food and beverage director of Topnotch Resort in Stowe, Vermont. Before this he was with Dollywood’s DreamMore Resort and Spa of Pigeon Forge, Tennesse.
Jonilonis’ 30-year culinary career includes serving as executive chef for the Casino Del Sol Resort, Hacienda Del Sol and Westward Look Resort, each of Tucson, Arizona.
Earlier he was featured chef multiple times at the James Beard House in New York City.
Under his direction many restaurants have received numerous awards of excellence like the Forbes Four Star and AAA Four Diamond ratings.
