Jean-Noel Rault has been appointed as the general manager-Indian subcontinent of Air France- KLM. He will be joining office from August 1 and will the responsible for the growth and the expansion of the airline. He will also be driving the consolidation and extension of the company’s geography.
He earlier headed the Air France-KLM business in Canada as the vice president and general manager.During his tenure he started two routes Amsterdam to Edmonton for KLM and Paris to Vancouver for Air France.
He later reinforced the company’s joint venture with Delta Airlines and partnership with West Jet.
In the year 1987 Noel started his careers with KLM and joined Air France. Serving for more than three decades he held several positions like the Station Manager, commercial Director, Country Manager and General manager in Constantine, Bucharest, Prague, Riyadh, Noumea, Abidjan and Montreal.
In France he was assigned with the role of Route Manager for Middle East and Africa, Head of Direct Sales and Services Policy.He also served as the Director of Customer Contact Centres and Social Media Servicing.
Noel will be succeeding Max Smiths and will heading India team that provides seamless services to its customers and partners.
