Relish home-cooked dishes with the launch of the dining menu by new Master Chef Victor or simply sit back to savour a hearty meal with family and friends and enjoy an oriental dining experience at Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant.
With the hectic and busy lifestyles of modern working society and the popular trends of dining out, a brand new menu was created with the aim of encouraging diners to enjoy a home cook meal with their family members.
The menu was designed to reflect on the contemporary oriental décor, embracing the Chinese characters “家味 “that refers to home flavours.
Helmed by Head Chef Victor, the menu highlights traditional Oriental signature dishes such as Chef’s Superior Fish Maw and Seafood Soup, which has a unique flavour that promises to warm your heart. Whet your appetite with some Fresh Prawns served with 2 signature sauces, Fried Eggplant topped with Pork Floss, slow cooked Pork Belly with Yam in Claypot and fresh garoupa fish prepared to your preference. For dim sum lovers, enjoy the wide array of Dim Sum on the menu and end your meal with the signature Deep-fried Cempedak ice cream.

Jia Wei Chinese Restaurant is located at Level 2 of Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy. Lunch starts from 11.30am to 3.00pm on Mondays to Saturdays, and 11.00am to 3.00pm on Sundays and Public Holidays. Dinner starts from 6.00pm to 11.00pm daily.
