A Serbian national, Goran joined Jumeirah in 2006 as a Restaurant Manager at Madinat Jumeirah and progressed to Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in both Madinat Jumeirah and Burj Al Arab. In his early career, Goran worked with Hyatt Regency in Belgrade, Serbia and the Coral Beach Hotel & Resort in Paphos, Cyprus.
In his new role, Goran will manage and oversee the culinary operations in the hotel’s 16 restaurants and bars and ensure exceptional dining experiences continue to be enjoyed by all guests.
With over 26 years’ experience in the industry, Goran has been an integral part of the Food & Beverage team. Since joining the Jumeirah Beach Hotel in 2011 as the Food & Beverage Manager, he has shown great leadership skills and an eye for excellence.
Goran has successfully developed a high performing customer oriented team that continues to achieve excellent business results.
Jumeirah Beach Hotel offers a number of dining options, including the award winning Latin-American restaurant, La Parrilla, an elegant destination for dinner and Friday brunch; Villa Beach, a romantic, beach-side setting for lunch or dinner; 360 bar and lounge, a popular nightlife destination, which has recently introduced dinner service and Friday brunch and 13 other exquisite dining destinations.
