Just in Time for Summer, Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus Opens Its Al Fresco Dining Outlets

cq5dam.web.press.400.keepaspectratio (2)The al fresco dining terrace of Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus has an unbeatable location in the city. the Hotel’s two major outlets Aqua Restaurant and YALI Lounge as well as the outdoor pool have charming outdoor food and drink spaces with surpassing views of the Bosphorus Strait.

 

The Hotel’s main restaurant Aqua starts serving breakfast on the terrace as of first week of May. Lunch, dinner and brunch services will also fully move outside within the same month, depending on weather conditions. Going back to the basics of Italian cuisine, the culinary team lead by Executive Chef Sebastiano Spriveri has finalised Aqua’s spring/summer menu and is ready for a lively summer operation.

The intimate Aqua terrace offers discreet al fresco dining with unique features of Italian cuisine that represents quality, simplicity, health and traditions. The Aqua journey begins way before one’s first bite as we fully engage with our guests, delivering seamless, customised service and passion to their tables” says food and beverage director Khalid Bseiso.

 

Having a laid-back environment lending itself to a good socialising setting at a prime location on the Bosphorus, the Hotel’s lounge YALI invites guests to an authentic experience in a relaxing atmosphere. YALI Lounge presents an extensive menu including not only international offerings and pizza but also a wide selection of local items showcasing Turkish eating culture, focusing on different regions. The pop-up shisha corner by Huqqa offers eight main flavours every day as of 5:00 pm (3:00 pm on Sundays). However, sky is the limit when it comes to personalised requests. For those interested, the natural, organic shisha is worth giving a try while enjoying YALI terrace because of its custom-made features and unusual presentation with fresh fruits.

 

In addition to Aqua and YALI, food and drink offerings by Hotel’s scintillating pool will start also as of mid May. This is an ideal venue for guests looking for resort-style leisure.
