Todd Ryan has joined Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants as the regional director of sales and marketing for the group’s 16 mid-Atlantic area hotels.
Being a seasoned hospitality veteran and strong leader, Ryan has more than 20 years of hotel and resort sales experience.
Ryan will provide direction to all regional strategies as well as sales and catering staff for 16 hotels in Kimpton’s east coast portfolio in his new role.
This will include ten hotels in Washington, DC, and one hotel each in Alexandria, Virginia; Baltimore, Maryland; Charlotte and Winston-Salem, North Carolina; Savannah, Georgia; and Nashville, Tennessee.
With over 2,700 guest rooms and nearly 81,000 square feet of meeting and event space across 16 hotels, Kimpton’s mid-Atlantic portfolio has the highest concentration of properties in any US region.
The brand continues to expand and evolve in these markets.
Ryan will be driving sales, catering and marketing activities for all segments across the mid-Atlantic.
He will also lead the hotel and area dedicated sales teams with an emphasis on maximising operating revenue and sales production along with providing counsel on digital marketing, advertising and public relations.
