La Capitale Brasserie is taking the soiree outside on May 1, 2017 with a brand new summer terrace. Six months after the official opening of the brasserie at Four Seasons Hotel Amman, the outdoor terrace represents an extension of La Capitale’s southern French-inspired design.
The outdoor terrace will feature a vertical living wall, which grows herbs used by the kitchen and bar teams in dishes and drinks. The furniture features custom teak wood tables, mid-century inspired lounge and dining chairs and plush sectional sofas, anchored by teak planters filled with live greenery. The flooring, as an extension of the interior finishes, features a custom mosaic of white arabescato and black marquina marble, which is complimented by lavender, taupe and black upholstery, to further enhance the French provincial ambiance.
Guests of La Capitale can continue to experience authentic French brasserie food while they enjoy the sweeping views of Amman and the city’s gorgeous summer weather.
Sharif Hayek, General Manager, La Capitale, says “We’ve been open for six months and it’s been wonderful so far, but we’re excited for our brand new extension to La Capitale. You’re invited to start enjoying the long-awaited summer nights at our brasserie and especially on our terrace. Order your favourite dishes out on the terrace and experience French gastronomy that celebrates the marriage of Mediterranean flavours with fresh local ingredients.”
