A couple of weeks after seeing tables blooming at Le George and L’Orangerie in the marble courtyard of Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, it is now the three Michelin starred restaurant Le Cinq that unveils a very exclusive gastronomic table al fresco.
Four to six privileged guests will have the chance to discover the modern French cuisine of Chef Christian Le Squer through the famous Epicurean Escape Menu in none courses, showcasing seasonal dishes such as truffled green asparagus, large Dublin Bay prawns from Brittany, grilled fillet of turbot, or a dairy iced dessert. Those exceptional flavours will flourish in the oasis of peace designed by Jeff Leatham, the Artistic Director of the George V.
From this unique table, where some fushia orchids and Baccarat crystal blossom over a black draped table, guests will be able to overlook the marble courtyard, screened behind a delicate orchids’ curtain, in a quiet and sensorial green bower. The perfect getaway from Paris, the time for an epicurean escape.
