AIME (Asia-Pacific Incentives & Meetings Expo) has today announced that after its overwhelming success in 2013 the show will again be partnering with the A LIST Guide to bring event attendees the A LIST Open House for the second consecutive year.
The A LIST Guide is a stylish and comprehensive online and print directory listing the best venues, event suppliers and team-building activities in each Australian state and territory. The Guide saves valuable organising time by having the most professional, established and respected businesses in the industry in one easy-to-use index.
On the AIME show floor, the A LIST Guide will be transformed into A LIST Open House; a dedicated area where attendees can meet with new event suppliers and venues to gain inspiration for their own events.
AIME and CIBTM (China Incentive, Business Travel & Meetings Exhibition) Exhibition Director, Jacqui Timmins said, the A LIST Open House created a really lively environment on the show floor at AIME 2013.
“We received such a fantastic response from attendees about the A LIST Open House at AIME this year with 85% of Visitors stating that the offering was excellent. The area was constantly buzzing with people and music; it added a really fantastic dynamic to the event, which will be replicated in 2014,” Ms Timmins said.
“The A LIST Open House offers a one-stop-shop for attendees to experience some of the great features available in the event bible first-hand and secure business there and then.”
“AIME is the only event of its kind offering this service and we’re sure our attendees will again be thrilled with its presence at the show.”
Ben Curtis of A LIST Guide said having a presence at AIME for the second time will be very beneficial for those attending the event.
“A LIST Open House provides a great opportunity for Visitors and Hosted Buyers to meet face-to-face with a number of the best event suppliers and boutique venues to get a real taste for how these specialist providers can enhance their events.” Mr Curtis said.
“We’re very happy to be partnering with AIME to bring the A LIST Open House to the event in 2014. At AIME 2013 we showcased exceptional suppliers such as caterers, photographers, entertainers and stylists. This year we hope to bring a similar and eclectic offering to guests who we’re sure will be well received.”
Companies taking part in the A LIST Open House at AIME 2014 will be released later in the year.
