Melt Café presents a Lobster Bonanza from 7 to 21 February 2017, paying homage to one of the world’s most prized and loved seafood ingredients. Guests can excite their senses with a vibrant showcase at the western counter featuring Cognac-Infused Lobster Bisque with garlic croutons, Oven-Roasted Lobster Tail with brandy hollandaise and Gruyère or a simmering Lobster Bouillabaisse perfected with saffron and tomato.
For a local twist, indulge in the Singapore Lobster Laksa topped with quail egg, bean sprouts,bean curd puff, shredded cucumber, laksa leaves and sambal chilli at the live noodle station. Look forward to unique Asian preparations such as Indian Spices-Marinated Marron Lobster served with tantalising yoghurt dip, hearty Thai Tom Yum Soup topped with shredded lobster meat as well as a delectable array of Lobster Maki Roll.
The much-loved fresh and succulent Boston Lobsters makes an appearance at the ice bar,accompanied with wasabi mayonnaise and mango aioli.
