The deal is applicable on flights available on the new routes to be launched on October 29 and will be operated by Stobart Air.
Passengers facing a delay of 30 minutes or more while reaching to the destination travelling from Heathrow to Gatwick will be eligible for the tickets.
The airport provided the offer after it was reported by CAA that more the 11 million passengers were delayed at the two larger airports.
Glyn Jones, chief executive of Stobart Aviation, which owns London Southend Airport mentioned that Heathrow and Gatwick believes in delivering the best to the rising passenger numbers and it has been rated as the best airport in the UK since the last three years.
The airport sticks to the core customer promise to provide a quicker and more pleasurable way to travel compared to other airlines.
However, the rising passengers makes travel experience bad for tens of thousands of passengers everyday.
