The transport networks of London have confronted with several delays as the services of Transport for London (TfL) Rail, London Underground and Tube have been disrupted leading to a massive Monday traffic chaos.
Currently there exists no service between Charing Cross and Kennington southbound on account of a signal failure at Kennington.
There were numerous delays on the Circle and Hammersmith City lines between Edgware Road andHammersmith because of an earlier faulty train at Paddington station.
There are minor delays on TfL Rail because of an earlier faulty train at Schenfield.
TfL mentioned that tickets are valid on London Underground services.
Meanwhile London Underground is present closed at least partly between Gospel Oak and Barking. And the closure commenced on Saturday and would be continuing till 14th Sunday and January.
The closure is taking place with an aim to permit Network Rail to continue with major works to make it possible for new, longer trains to operate from spring 2018. Rail replacement bus services would be operating.
