Palazzo Versace Dubai will have Mansour Memarian as the new executive chef.
Memarian holds two decades of industry experience and has had stints at some of the world’s best restaurants.He has served executive positions at many luxury brands including the Shangri-La Hotel, Qaryat Al Beri, Abu Dhabi and also worked for the award-winning Chedi Andermatt in Switzerland.
The Iranian Chef with German origin was also the chef de cuisine at the Burj Al Arab’s signature restaurant, Al Mahara.
Memarian, the first Iranian Michelin starred chef, served in high ranks in some of the most prestigious hotels and dining establishments in Europe before venturing in the United Arab Emirates in 2010.
He bagged his first Michelin star in 2006 within a span of eight months as head chef at Jagdhof Glashütte in Germany.
Memarian moved to Innsbruck, Austria, after achieving great feats to open Pavillon restaurant and was again honoured with the second Michelin star to his culinary career.
The chef’s role in Palazzo Versace Dubai will be overseeing the five-start hotel’s culinary operation that includes six restaurants, two bars along with the catering services.
Chef Memarian extensive experience will add to the wealth of talent leading to making Palazzo Versace Dubai’s reputation number one in providing world-class curated dining.
