February is the time to be with loved ones to enjoy the romantic spirit. Set by the shores of beautiful Bosphorus, Aqua takes the dinner experience into an elaborate level on February 14, 2017 with selected dishes by Executive Chef Savaş Aydemir as well as live music and additional touches of ambience.
Inspired by the enchanting scenery of Bosphorus, Aqua Restaurant welcomes its guests with a tasty six-course menu. The menu starts with a plate of burrata with semi-dry beef tomato and then follows with Chef Savaş’ special bon bon pasta with goose from Kars region of Turkey, well known for its gourmet products. The main course offers options; it won’t be easy to choose between Black Sea turbot or roasted lamb loin and lamb tenderloin. The sweetest part comes at the end, white chocolate and coconut crémeux.
A live unplugged performance by İstanbul’s renowned performer Barbaros will appeal to both eye and ear, making the whole experience even more romantic this year at Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul at the Bosphorus.
