With its welcoming “anytime is a good time” patio, wealth of summer events, refreshing line up of local draught beer, live music and all kinds of fresh seasonal fare, SIDECUT at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Whistler is set to be summer’s social hub.


The May long weekend is set to launch with a music celebration including poolside DJ and an exciting new weekly Sunday Afternoon Market Après will soon join the the much-loved Thursday Summer BBQ.


May Long Weekend – Sweet Sounds of Summer – May 20-22, 2016
Guests are invited to grab a seat at SIDECUT for an evening of music and fun from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. The unofficial start of summer a great way to get the night started or cap off another beautiful day in the mountains. Keep the beat pumping poolside as a DJ spins the perfect long weekend vibes on Saturday from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.


CAD 39 Three Course Surf N Turf Menu – until June 29, 2016
Thisi the perfect time to come and enjoy all SIDECUT has to offer with the CAD 39 three course surf, turf and dessert menu. It’s date night made simple with a menu that changes weekly to make the most of seasonal ingredients. On now until June 29, 2016.


Après Market – Sundays from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm, launching June 5, 2016
Après isn’t just for skiing. Whistler’s must-do Sunday Farmers Market is located just steps from Four Seasons Resort Whistler. Designed to keep that relaxed, feel-good Sunday sensation all day long, SIDECUT is set to launch Sunday Afternoon Après Market. Once the produce, pocket pies and seasonal market goodies are gathered, guests are invited to return to one of the best patios in Whistler Village at SIDECUT. Four Seasons Resort Whistler Executive Chef Eren Guryel and SIDECUT Restaurant Chef David Baarschers will take turns shopping the market each Sunday for culinary inspirations that will find their way to the plate in a unique dish and beverage option served that day. Live music enhances the patio experience from 12:00 noon to 4:00 pm.


Summer BBQs – Thursdays, June 30 through September 8, 2016 from 5:00 to 9:00 pm
The weekend comes early at SIDECUT with the highly anticipated return of the weekly Thursday BBQ. The weekly meal offers an all-you-can-eat BBQ full of family favourites and an interactive beverage station that allows guests to perfect their own Caesars and Mojitos. A rotating line up of local musicians will be featured at BBQs throughout the summer. Tickets are CAD 32 for adults, CAD 16 for kids (5-12) and CAD 10 for under 5.


June 30, 2016 kicks off the start of SIDECUT’s famous Thursday BBQ with multi-band concert series and beer garden. The beer garden will pour brews from four local breweries and serve up food pairings such as a BBQ blueberry wheat ale lamb, grapefruit ale scallop, and bourbon blood orange cured salmon.
