In a statement today, the airline said the appointment signified its commitment to expand its presence to the international network by allowing easy access to its product and services to the Omani market.
Malindo Air Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chandran Rama Muthy, said the airline aimed to grow a stronger network that would connect its passengers to more destinations.
“Our partnership with Oman Air will serve the market for leisure, business, pilgrimage, medical tourism and more.
“We aim to build a stronger market presence and be the airline of choice with the support from Travel Point and we look forward to welcome more passengers from Oman,” he added.
Commenting on the partnership, Travel Point CEO, Sunil Prabhakar, said with attractive fares and premium services, Malindo Air had witnessed rapid growth and significant expansion of its route network in a short span of time.
“We are happy to partner with Malindo Air and we will endeavour to leverage this service and offer the travellers in Oman fantastic prices to Malindo Air’s current destinations,” he added.
