The airport will sponsor to host the VIP reception to launch the festival programme. It will also help to deliver exhibitions, theater, performance and film celebrating LGBT culture.
Patrick Alexander, head of marketing at Manchester airport said that following the festival is an opportunity to thank 270,000 passengers from the West Midlands who opt for Manchester Airport each year.
Shout’s ethos suits the values of the airport, earlier five UK pride event had already been supported.
The festival was developed to support and promote the existing diversity of Birmingham’s LGBT cultural community. It was launched in 2009 and created to represent Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Queer in the art venues .
