Manoj Rawat to lead Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali as Director Food & Beverage

 Executive Chef, Manoj Rawat, has been appointed as Director of Food & Beverage with the Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali.

 

 

He had spent more than 20 years in the kitchen and will now take on a more senior managerial role that draws extensively on his culinary expertise and leadership skills.

 

Since 2015 Manoj was responsible of the resort’s culinary team  and has elevated the Food & Beverage services at all in-house dining venues. He had revitalized menus by introducing a creative and healthy offering that complements with the Westin’s wellness concept.

 

In India Manoj had pursued Hotel Management and his new role is expected to be a seamless transition. He will be guiding the current team and share his wealth of experience.

 

He will connect with the guests on a more personal level as the Director of Food & Beverage.Executive Chef, Manoj is known for his creative flair and attention to detail. His traits will translate well as he moves into a different area of hotel management.Manoj is a passionate runner and he likes to play the occasional round of golf.

 

Oriol Montal, General Manager of The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali said that   Manoj has proven himself to be a strong, capable and hands-on leader. Over the past four years, he has forged a special bond with his culinary team and acted as a mentor to many aspiring young chefs.

 

 

Montal felt fortunate that he has decided to temporally put down roots on the island of Bali and remain at the resort for the unforeseeable future.
