This special event is by invitation only and invited guests will each receive a welcome door gift. In the beginning of the event, guests will get to enjoy mouthwatering whole roasted suckling pigs as well as various choices of delightful pre-dinner canapes such as the Traditional Nian Gao with Coconut and Chilled Water Chestnut Jelly with Roselle and Osmanthus. This will be followed by the Mega Yusheng Tossing event which will be held at the auspicious hour of 1838hrs. The main ingredients that are incorporated in the 88kg Yusheng are the classic Norwegian Salmon, fresh Tuna from Japanese waters, succulent Abalones and crisp assorted vegetables. These natural ingredients are sourced from approved suppliers that are certified by NEA Singapore and AVA Singapore and are handled by Peach Blossoms’ experienced professional chefs. A 6-course dinner will be served last. The menu consists of a savory Double-Boiled Soup with Pork Loin, Dried Oyster and Black Moss, Braised Pig’s Trotter with Sea Cucumber and Shitake Mushrooms and Roasted Chicken with Dried Chili, Shallots and Fragrance Minced Garlic.
