Magical Ramadan at Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh

Guests will indulge into a fabulous Iftar carvery set menu at Arabesque restaurant, with varieties of Arabic salads and oriental mezzeh, traditional authentic local soups and Egyptian charcoal grills and tagines. For guests who prefer to choose their own dishes, Arabesque à la carte menu is also available for Iftar time.At night, guests can also enjoy a wide variety of aromatic shishas, traditional drinks and desserts while indulging in a special a la carte Sohour menu.

 

The full Iftar Set Menu at Arabesque restaurant, priced at EGP 475*, includes the following:

 

Khoshaf – mixed dried fruits with apricot juice
Kamar El Deen – cooling fruit drink made of stewed dried apricots
Karkadeh – a soothing beverage made from hibiscus petals
Soup of choice – lentil soup; chicken molokhia; seafood; or beef orzo
Selection of hot and cold mezzeh

 
Main course – shish taouk with grilled vegetables and oriental rice; Alexandrian seafood tagine with shrimps, green mussels, calamari and sea bass simmered in Egyptian spiced tomato sayadieh rice; mixed grill meat including veal piccata, lamb chop, kofta and oriental rice; or grilled sea bass with vegetables, seafood rice and lemon herb sauce
Dessert – konafa (sweet crispy filo nest, filled with nuts and cream); um ali (warm Egyptian bread pudding, topped with toasted whipped cream); halaweiat arabiah (selection of traditional homemade Arabian sweets)

 
Also, the Resort offers a special Sohour Set Menu at Citadel Lounge priced at EGP 230. It’s an ideal destination for friends and families where guests can enjoy a sumptuous breakfast, breaking their fast with a rich selection of authentic Egyptian specialties as well as some mouth-watering Lebanese dishes such as tabouleh, hummus and a selection of traditional homemade Arabian sweets.
