He had served the organisation for four and a half years and at 30 he turns out to be the youngest head concierges at a five-start London hotel.
He is expected to sit for his final exam for the prestigious ‘Golden Keys’ by year end.
He followed his father’s footsteps who was the head Concierge at the Royal National Hotel. At 16 he joined the hotel as a porter.
Holding an experience of more than 15 years McDowell was a part of the Millennium Gloucester Hotel and then moved to Millennium Knightsbridge before joining at ME London in 2013.
