The Meetings Mean Business Canada Board is set to continue its mission to advocate for the power of face-to-face meetings by travelling across Canada to connect with Business Events Industry Leaders.
The 2018 MMB Canada Chair, and the SVP Business Development & Industry Partnerships at Freeman Audio Visual Canada, Heidi Welker met with Carrie Cussons President and CEO, Events East Group and the Business Events community in Halifax for a luncheon in the Halifax Convention Centre on Wednesday, April 25th, to discuss the coalition’s growing importance.
A coalition meeting was also held in Fredericton on Thursday, April 26th. The 2-hour meeting was hosted by Cathy Pugh, General Manager of the Fredericton Convention Centre and brought together Business Events stakeholders in the Fredericton area and leaders from New Brunswick.
